t’s not so much a tip as a classic flight attendant ritual: before landing, pop into the lav for a quick touch-up, so you can flash that perfect smile (lipstick, lip balm—whatever your style) as you say buh-bye to everyone deplaning.

Everyone deserves good landing lips.

It’s also the perfect time to brush your teeth, freshen up, fix your hair, put on your landing lips, and straighten that scarf or tie. So, next time you hear “I have to put my landing lips on,” you’re officially in the know.
