✈️ All Airlines Should Treat Their Crews Like This + Top Five Airlines Compared!

Hello Reader,

I hope you’re having a great week so far!

This week, I got a new dentist and a new chiropractor. The dentist? Traumatizing. I had a chipped filling; instead of fixing it, she wanted to pull my tooth. No other option. 😳 It was so weird. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

But the chiropractor? Phenomenal. I didn’t even know a doctor could be that good. I’ve already sent four people to him because when someone cares, it shows, and I want everyone to experience it.

My Secret Dream

Let me tell you a secret: one of my closest friends, and I always talk about what we’d do if we had our own airline.

We’d run it with class, care, and respect for customers, crew members, and staff. Our crew room? It would have a salon, showers, laundry, and a gym. When flight attendants feel their best, they perform their best, elevating the entire brand.

Google does it. Why can't an airline?

But we wouldn’t stop there. We’d offer personal and professional development with real incentives because when people know they are valued, invested in, and supported, they give their best.

That’s the kind of culture that creates loyalty, excellence, and genuine service. And, of course, I know exactly where I’d find the best flight attendants. 😉

Because at the end of the day, showing people you care is the highest level of customer service and respect. Whether it’s how an airline treats its crew or how a business treats its clients, care sets the best apart from the rest.

That’s exactly how I work to run Future Flight Attendant. If you’ve ever worked with me, I hope you’ve felt it because you matter. Your dreams matter, your future matters, and I want to see you thrive.

People may not always remember what you said, but they will remember how you made them feel. And that’s why I do what I do.

Top Five US Airlines for Flight Attendants – Updated!

If you’re job hunting, choosing the right airline could mean the difference between struggling or earning six figures in just a few years.

You won’t believe how much less airline #5 makes! One airline on this list is seriously underpaying its flight attendants compared to the others, and it’s all because of contract negotiations.

Some airlines pay significantly better than others; some offer more schedule flexibility, faster pay raises, and better trips than expected.

Want to know which airline could give you the best career, pay, and quality of life? Read the full breakdown HERE.

Tip of the Week: Seniority is EVERYTHING – The Sooner You Get Hired, The More You Earn!

If you’re serious about becoming a flight attendant, timing matters. The sooner you get hired, the sooner you move up the seniority list, and that means:

Better Trips – Senior flight attendants get the highest-paying, most desirable routes.

Less Time on Reserve – Get a set schedule faster instead of being on call.

Faster Pay Raises – Airline pay increases based on years of service.

More Days Off & Control Over Your Schedule – Seniority means better vacation picks and overall quality of life.

Getting a TBNT (Thanks, But No Thanks) Means You’re Losing MONEY!

If you don’t pass your airline interview, you could be forced to wait months, or even a FULL YEAR, to reapply. Some airlines make you wait 3 months, 6 months, or even 12 months. That’s lost income, lost seniority, and lost quality of life.

Being Stuck on Reserve Costs You Money & Freedom!

Most new flight attendants start on reserve, which means:

You’re on call - you don’t get to choose when or where you fly.

You make less money - senior flight attendants hold the best-paying flights.

You cannot control your schedule - planning vacations or personal time is difficult.

The sooner you get hired, the sooner you move up the list, getting OFF of reserve and into a schedule that works for YOU.

Many Flight Attendants at Top Airlines Make Six Figures!

Senior flight attendants at Southwest, Delta, American, and even United (with enough hours) can easily make $100K+ annually.

The Fastest Way to Secure Your Spot? The Future Flight Attendant Course & Coaching Program

Many program participants landed jobs with American, Southwest, Delta, Alaska, and United on their first try.

Can you get hired without coaching? Yes. But it could take YEARS.

The Future Flight Attendant Course & Coaching Program gets you at the top of your game. I’m there for every step of the process, ensuring you don’t trip up along the way.

There are many ways to go wrong in the interview process. Missing even one detail could result in a wait of several months or even a year before you can reapply. If you don't succeed the next time, you'll have to start the waiting process all over again, and some people get frustrated and end up giving up on their dreams.

But with the Course & Coaching Program, You Will:

✅ Know exactly what airlines are looking for in every step of the process.

✅ Get personalized feedback so you don’t make costly mistakes.

✅ Walk into your interview with unshakable confidence, knowing you’re fully prepared.

These days, I rarely promote the program because I keep it small and intimate, so I can give each student the 1:1 attention they need.

If you’re serious about getting hired as fast as possible and need help throughout the entire interview process ➡️ Join the Coaching Program Now.

We have a group coaching call scheduled for Saturday, March 29th, so it's the perfect time to join.

Prefer a DIY Approach?

I get it; coaching is an investment, and not everyone is in a position to join the full program right now.

If you still want to prepare with expert guidance but at your own pace without the in-depth interview coaching, community, and support, check out the Interview Masterclass Bundle.

This step-by-step training walks you through exactly what to expect and how to prepare for your airline interview, and it includes the Flight Attendant Resume Template Toolkit so you can feel confident even if you're going DIY.

And here’s the best part: If you decide later that you want more support, you can apply 100% of the price of the Masterclass toward the full coaching program.
