Hello Reader, I hope you're having a great week so far. It’s the first week of October, and I have to admit, I’ve been decorating for Halloween all week. I keep my tree out all year, and either decorate it or leave it plain, it saves me time and the effort of packing and unpacking. I’ve done enough packing and unpacking as a flight attendant! I like to look at pretty things that make me feel happy and magical. I might have gotten a little carried away, but fall is my favorite time of year. I say that every season, ha ha. The weather is finally cooling down here in the Appalahchians, and it feels so festive. Airlines are opening applications quickly and closing them just as fast. Every week you wait is another week lost on the seniority list. If you’ve been dreaming about flying, now is the time to get serious. And just like I go all in on decorating, I want you to go all in on preparing. When airlines open, you don’t want to miss your chance. Who’s Hiring Flight Attendants Elevate your career! This Week at Future Flight Attendant By Popular Demand: The Interview Study Guide Is Back You asked, I listened. The Flight Attendant Interview Study Guide is available again, and it works. It provides you with structure, clarity, and strategies so that you can walk into your interview with confidence. Many people have used it successfully to land their dream job. But here’s the fact: The Study Guide is indeed potent, but the Interview Masterclass Bundle is a comprehensive package that goes beyond just interview questions. It equips you for every single stage of the hiring process, ensuring you're fully prepared. Inside, you’ll find:
💎 The Interview Study Guide is your playbook. 🔥 The Interview Masterclass Bundle is your full training camp, preparing you for the whole game, and it even includes the Interview Study Guide A Note on the Course & Coaching Program I love one-on-one coaching; it’s my favorite way to work. However, it’s also incredibly time-consuming, often taking between six months and two years for someone to complete the journey. I don't advertise it, but I do many more than four scheduled 1:1 coaching calls in the program, we do as many as it takes to get the job done. To help more people, I’m retiring the Course & Coaching Program for now. Here’s what you need to know:
🛫 Enroll in the Interview Masterclass Now Tip of the Week: Handling the Dreaded TBNTAlmost every applicant gets the dreaded “TBNT” (Thanks But No Thanks) email at some point. It stings, but here’s the truth: ❌ A TBNT does NOT mean you’re not good enough. ✔️ It means you applied without the right strategy. Airlines get thousands of applications. If you don’t know how to play the game, assessments, keywords, or correctly structured video interview answers, you’ll get weeded out before a recruiter ever sees your name. That’s the bad news. The good news? Once you know the system, you can skip the wasted years and move straight to “Yes.” Be kind to yourself and treat yourself the way you would treat someone who came to you for support. You can decorate a Halloween tree if you feel bad, it's an instant pick me up! Amazon Storefront PicksWant to make sure you’re dressed and prepared like a pro? Do it right the first time, lock in your seniority number, and start your career with confidence. And while you’re working toward your dream, remember this: be as kind to yourself as you would to someone else who came to you for support. Hello Reader, Fall started on Monday, and I’m super excited for spooky season! It’s my favorite time of year, and the leaves are already starting to change here in the Appalachian Mountains. The view from an aircraft window this time of year, especially if you're flying to the East Coast, is incredible. Hello Reader, I believe there is always a message in everything if we are willing to look for it. I love all animals, but I have a special fondness for winged ones, the feathered kind and the big metal birds that serve as our offices in the sky. This week I spotted a black eagle, only the second I’ve ever seen. It was massive and unforgettable, a reminder that even when life feels heavy, there is beauty in the lessons we carry forward. For those of you navigating interviews right now,...
Hello Reader, Today, we pause to honor the memory of September 11, 2001. The courage of flight crews on that day continues to inspire many of us in this career, and their legacy, which we carry forward. On a personal note, I had a freak accident and broke my toe recently (ouch!), so if things feel a little quieter than usual, thank you for your patience.
