I can’t believe we set the clocks forward this weekend! I remember back when we had to worry about time changes when checking in for a trip. Back then, phones didn’t automatically adjust like they do now. Many people were late and missed flights, so chaos ensued!

That’s why an alarm clock was a required duty item, and I carried mine for years. You couldn’t rely on your phone to update the time, so having a backup was essential.

I've always had a cell phone as a flight attendant, but there was no such thing as an iPhone or an Android when I first started flying. You had to manually update your time or risk being late for your trip!
